Dear SAMS members: 

On behalf of the current Board of Directors, it's our pleasure to announce the election results of SAMS new Board of Directors.  This board will assume its role immediately following our 10^th annual convention to be held in Lattakia, July 6-9, 2009. 

I would also like to thank the members of the nominating committee for their efforts getting the job done in a timely fashion.  I also would like to thank all candidates who were part of this process. The election was close. This speaks for their excellent qualifications. I am sure that the members who were not elected will continue to serve SAMS in many different ways.
