The Planning Committee invites interested individuals to submit lecture/ presentations to be considered for presentations, workshops or posters.

Lecture/ presentation Submission:
Lecture/ presentations should be received no later than Dec. 20, 2009. Submissions by fax or airmail are not permitted. Please send lecture/ presentation form via ONLY email to Lucine Saleh at samsconference@gmail.com, and she will in turn send to scientific committee members. Papers must be submitted and presented in English/Arabic.
Text of the Lecture/ presentation:
A. Headings, "Objectives," "Methods," "Results," and "Conclusions", should be in bold.
B. Text, including headings, may not exceed one (1) page- letter size (8 ½" x 11"). Please use 11 point font/Arial.The estimated word count should not exceed 200 words, with a character count not exceeding 1500 characters.If you are submitting images/tables, you will need to consider the size so as not to exceed the one (1) page limit.
C. The use of standard abbreviations is acceptable. Other abbreviations should be placed in parentheses, after the first appearance of the full word(s) for which it stands.
D. Topic Categories: You are required to select the most appropriate topic category for your lecture/ presentation. The topic categories are:

·Internal Medicine and subspecialties(Endo, Rheumatology, Nephrology ,ID)
