Dear Friends & Colleagues,
The SAMS Northeast Foundation & Society received a request from The Assaf Foundation to help acquire an eye laser equipment for their clinic in Syria.
The SAMS Northeast will help raise the money needed to purchase this equipment to support the needy patients and the Iraq's refuges in Syria who cannot afford healthcare and run the risk of losing their eye sight.
Dr. Farah, a retina specialist in New York, initiated this request.
For your information I have attached the brochure about the Assaf Foundation in Syria and the equipment needed. The cost of the equipment is $23,000 U.S. dollars. My assistant Regina will be forwarding the proposal from the medical equipment company in Syria detailing the cost.
Your donation will be tax deductible since our SAMS Northeast Foundation is a charitable 501 (c) 3 organization.
Every penny counts. Your support and help in raising the money needed to help the poor patients in Syria who run the risk of losing their eye sight is greatly appreciated. A plaque with the name of individuals who donate more then $1500 dollars will be posted on the eye laser equipment and in the eye clinic as well.
If you have any questions I will be more then happy to discuss this further with you.
Please pass on this to your friends
Again, I want to thank you in advance for your support and help in this matter.
Sincerely,
Nasser Ani, M.D.
