Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and review asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Making sure that all supporting documentation have been collected and attached to the transaction and archived in a appropriate way,
  • Maintain and balances subsidiary account by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling all Bank accounts statements
  • Maintain Grants and Project expenses reports and schedules
  • Process appropriate adjusting journal entries as needed
  • Oversee A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger functions and Conduct By-weekly Salary cost allocation and record it into the financial system.
  • Preparing month-end / year-end close, balance sheet reconciliation,
  • Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and assist in preparation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheets, and other financial and other accounting schedules and contract reports)
  • Assist in preparation of the annual corporate budget and monthly management reports and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including the corporate “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances
  • Assist the Finance Manager with all audits. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned audit work papers and schedules for the annual and interim audit
  • Assist with other accounting related and special projects assigned by management
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Masters
  • More than 5 year experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ability to travel outside the United States
  • Bilingual (Arabic)
